This is my favourite and regular dish which can be had both as dinner or as dessert. I would prefer to have it as dinner!! Dessert for dinner is one of the best ideas ever😊
It is very simple to cook, with very less effort and no worries about the cleaning work aftewards. And you are left with a bowl full of satisfying dinner which keeps you full for a long time. Ofcourse, it is healthy at the same time!!
Bananas, honey, walnuts and brown sugar used along with it but in limited quantity increases the flavor and taste. Your whole house will be filled with a rich aroma when you are baking this streusel.
I try to make this whenever we get sweet potatoes and every time I make this, my kids would ask me to make this again. They would have made many shifts to the kitchen by the time I complete making it. This is one such favourite for all of us!!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup= 200 ml.

- Sweet potato- 4
- Banana- 2
- Walnut- 1 cup
- Flour- 1/4th cup
- Brown sugar- 1/4th cup
- Softened Butter- 2 tbsp
- Honey- 2 tbsp.
PROCEDURE
Boil the sweet potato till it is soft. Do not overcook it and make it more watery. Peel the skin and mash it.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.
Use softened butter. Don’t melt it. Place the butter out of refrigerator just before 1 hour of making it.


















TIPS
- Any flour – all-purpose flour, wheat flour can be used. I used wheat flour.
- Both light and dark brown sugar can be used.
- Maintain the temperature of the oven throughout the cooking process.
