Blueberry and Chia seeds are good source of anti oxidants and blueberry helps in anti-aging too. Both yogurt and honey mixed together are good source of probiotics.
Blueberries are low in calories and high in nutrients. It also helps to protect against cancer and it promotes good heart health.
Chia seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, iron and calcium. It also helps to protect against heart attack and stroke.
So the combination of these two is a healthy and a tasty combo!!
Serving for 4 people
- Blueberry- 300 gms
- Chia seeds- 4 tbsp
- Yogurt- 1 bowl (fresh curd can be used if it is not sour)
- Honey- 3 tbsp ( if using brown sugar 2 tbsp is fine)
- Make sure to add enough water to the yogurt because chia seeds absorb water.
