Classic French Toast

French Toast is a classic, easy, quick, luscious breakfast recipe to begin the day with!! It’s nothing but thick slices of bread dipped in a beaten egg, milk and sugar mixture along with vanilla essence.

Any variety of thick slice bread works good for this recipe- both white and brown, though French or Italian loaf breads work better. I like using brown breads and I normally make French toast using them. So, go with your choice of bread!!

I was introduced to French toast by my mother. She makes them so good and mostly on Sunday mornings. We get more excited whenever she buys bread loaf.

French toast itself tastes so good but you can always top it up with butter, maple syrup or powdered sugar along with some berries.

Let’s check the recipe of our favourite, the most indulgent breakfast dish which is also perfect for evening snack❤
