Ellu Urundai ( Sesame seeds ladoo)

This is my favourite urundai/ ladoo recipe❤ It is very simple, easy to make with just three ingredients and it is very delicious, nutritious.

If you are from Thoothukudi, you will definitely know “Podhigai Sweets”shop which is very famous for fresh, mouth-watering snacks. Ellu urundai from their shop is a big hit and it is liked mostly by everyone at home. Infact, one box full of ellu urundai disappears in a minute😊 They used to make it with black sesame seeds.

Highly inspired with their ellu urundai, I wanted to make something similar. I don’t get black sesame seeds here. So I have used white one’s. If you could get black sesame seeds, make urundai/ladoo using it.

Sesame seeds are highly nutritious!! It has anti-aging properties, promotes hair growth, boosts skin health, bone health, dental health, stabilizes blood pressure, helps to fight against stress etc.., It is high source of unsaturated fats and energy.

When it is highly nutritious which is also very tasty and easy to make at home in just 20 minutes, it becomes the best snack anytime at home.

I have explained it in brief with step-by-step pictures and detailed explanation. Just go through and make these healthy, tasty, aromatic ellu urundai/ sesame seeds ladoo at home❤
