Soups are liquid food served hot or cold. It can be made with vegetables and meat or by combining both.
Soups help to keep one warm during winter. It helps for weight reduction too. If you feel down with flu, a cup of soup can keep you warm and energetic.
Soup does not need a perfect recipe. It can be made by the combination of any vegetables of your choice and meat or just vegetables/meat . It tastes so perfect with just pepper and salt.
Chicken broth used in this recipe can be prepared a day before and can be stored in refrigerator for 5 days. It is very easy to make at home though it can be bought from shops. I have attached my recipe to make the chicken broth at home. Please do check it.

Today let us see how to make clear water chicken noodles soup with vegetables🥣🍜

INGREDIENTS
1 cup= 200 ml.

- Chicken breast- 2 big, 400 gms. ( cooked and shredded)
- Chicken broth– 6 to 7 cups
- Onion- 1 cup (diced)
- Carrot- 2 ( chopped to 1 inch)
- Sweet corn- 1/4th cup
- Spring onion – 4 trimmed
- Bay leaves- 2
- Garlic cloves- 4 chopped lengthwise
- Pepper- 1/4th tsp
- Noodles – 1 or 2 ( rice noodles or wheat noodles can be used)
- Salt- as needed.
PROCEDURE
Clean the chicken and vegetables well. Chop the vegetables to the shown size.
Cook the chicken and shred it to slightly bigger pieces( if you would prefer to shred it to smaller pieces, you can) .
Chicken mixed with pepper and salt can be steamed or it can be stir fried in oil before shredding.






TIPS
- Any vegetable of your choice can be used.
- If you would prefer the soup to have more noodles, add 2.
