This mixed berry smoothie is the easiest and the best way to begin the day with or as a mid-day snack, which is a perfect combination of fruits and yogurt that’s liked by everyone at home!!
Frozen fruits give best result for making smoothie as they give the drink a thick and creamy texture. If you are using fresh fruits, then freeze it for 30 minutes before making smoothie. Otherwise add ice cubes when making smoothie for the best results.
We are all smoothie lover’s and I love to make smoothie out of every other fruit mostly!! This mixed berry smoothie is our all-time favourite because of its attractive colour and the taste. Berries are rich in Vitamin C to add on!!

INGREDIENTS
The below measurement makes 4 glasses of smoothie. Use the cup used to measure the berries for measuring milk and yogurt.

- Frozen mixed berries- 1 cup
- Yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Milk- 1 cup
- Flax seeds- 1 tbsp ( soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- Sugar- 3 tbsp.
