INGREDIENTS
1 cup= 200 ml.

- Pumpkin- tightly packed 4 cups
- Vegetable broth– 4 to 5 cups
- Onion- 1, sliced thin
- Garlic- 3 cloves, sliced
- Pepper- 1/2 tsp plus a little
- Salt- as needed
- Fresh cream- 1 tbsp per bowl.
PROCEDURE
To make the vegetable broth, refer to the recipe attached. I avoided mushroom in the recipe for the broth to get a plain color. It can be prepared a day before or just before the soup.

- Pumpkin soup is a thick soup. Adjust the liquid consistency as per your taste.
- If you want to skip the fresh cream, you can as the soup is itself creamy.
