Strawberry Smoothie

This healthy strawberry smoothie is easy, delicious and ready to make with simple ingredients at home!!

Why to complicate things unnecessarily?- the ingredients I have included here are the basic ones. Just it is a 4 ingredient recipe and all it takes is 5 minutes!! It is a full pack of protein, fiber and many other nutrients.

Strawberries are rich in fiber,vitamins and antioxidants. Having 8 strawberries each day can provide you the Vitamin C content more than an orange. It is associated with the lower risk of heart disease.

The pink colour of the smoothie will make us all attract towards it.

Having a smoothie in the morning along with breakfast is the most healthiest thing to begin the day with!!

INGREDIENTS

The below quantity gives you one big glass of smoothie.

  • Strawberry- 8 big ( 1 cup)
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt- 1 cup ( not sour)
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes- 1 cup ( optional)

PROCEDURE

Clean the strawberries well.

Blend well strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar together in a blender. Blend the ice cubes too if using.

TIPS

  • Frozen strawberries can be used for best results.
