Peanut Butter Smoothie

This easy, smooth, creamy, fat content peanut butter smoothie might become your next favourite breakfast or a snack on the go. Among all the smoothies, this is my most favourite one❤

If you are in a weight loss program, this is the best way to substitute the meal. The peanut butter along with banana keeps you full for a long time.

On the other side, this is the best post-workout nutrition which helps your muscles to recover. The recovery food should be filling, should balance all the nutrients to bring the energy back.

I have a big attachment towards this smoothie. I used to workout in gym when in Johannesburg. If one works out 4 times in a week, we get a health drink free in the gym. I was so crazy that I would make sure to go to gym 4 times in a week and get this as free. Sometimes I just swipe the card too😂😂. If it’s smoothie, it was only this to me till we were there.

Making this smoothie at home is something very special to me and I make it whenever we come back from morning walk nowadays.

Adding honey to this smoothie is completely optional as we are using 2 ripened bananas along with peanut butter. When I say bananas, both fresh and frozen one’s can be used. The milk and yogurt used along with it makes it completely balanced with all the nutrients.

Try this peanut butter smoothie at home❤ It tastes good when served fresh and chilled.
